Finance and Administration

The Finance and Administration team works to support innovation and operational excellence within BFS. With a dynamic blend of four core financial units—Finance and Budget, Communications, User Experience Services, and Special Initiatives—we are powered by a diverse team of financial analysts, customer support experts, communication professionals and student assistants. United by our shared vision, we are dedicated to supporting our professional and student employees, the campus community, and external partners. Our team members provide the following services:

• Communications: The BFS Communications team ensures alignment of internal and external messaging with organizational goals through newsletters, announcements, and digital content. They manage digital media engagement, website development, brand consistency, and collaborate with departments to streamline strategies and support objectives.
• Finance and Budget: The Finance and Budget team focuses on managing the financial health and  optimizing departmental financial resources. This team ensures the financial stability of BFS and supports the strategic and operational goals of the department through effective budgeting and financial management.
• User Experience and Client Services: This team plays a critical role in enhancing service delivery and user satisfaction, focusing on the oversight and analysis of service requests and support tickets with a focus on understanding clients' needs and recommending or implementing solutions.
